Return & Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition. Opened or used machines may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If your machine arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or replacement. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the return is approved.”

Warranty & Service Policy

Our body contouring machines come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.”

Repair & Service: If your machine needs repair, please contact us for troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide instructions for sending it to an authorized service center.”
